Return & Cancellation Policy
Returns
Anwskincare.com does not accept returns as these are handmade and specific made-to-order products. We are obligated to take utmost care to ensure the ordered products are well packed to prevent damage or be defective or wrong products being delivered.
Note: In Case, The Customer has received Defective / Damaged / Wrong Product; they need to send the product to sri@anwskincare.com within 3 hours of receipt from the courier organization where the shipment has been booked by anwskincare.com

Replacement
Replacement can be done under the below circumstances:

Once the shipment gets delivered to the customer & they asked for a replacement for unwanted, uninterested, or wrongly-placed products, in these cases so we will not proceed with the replacements
Shipping Charges
In the case of “Damaged / Defective / Wrong product received”: The Shipping expenses will be borne from your end.
Once we receive the defective or damaged or wrong products shipped to you, we can re-dispatch the product (it will take 5-6 business days for delivery) or can make the refund only
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, our team will contact the customer to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify a customer about the approval or rejection of the refund.
Note: Refund will only be done in case the customer has received Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product, Refund will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days, and Product can be re-dispatched within 72 hours once the reverse product gets delivered back to us
Time Span of Refund: The process of a refund generally takes 5-7 working days.
Mode of Refund:
Whatever mode of payment is used to place orders the Customer will receive a full refund to the customer's net banking account only. For the purchase price of the item after approval of damaged/ defective /wrong product, the refund will be reflected in the account in 4-10 working days or earlier depending on the receiving Bank.
We do not have the COD Facility on our platform www.anwskincare.com. In case you have made an off-line order and Paid through COD – The Refund will be made through NEFT directly to the customer’s bank account. For that customers need to provide their bank details which include the following information:

Cancellations
As these are handmade products and made-to-order we have a no-cancellation policy.
Anwskincare.com shall cancel your order under the following circumstances:
Product not available or out of stock: If any particular item is Out of stock for any reason, we shall inform the customer about the same and if the customer does not want to wait for the product to be back in stock, then it will be canceled after taking prior approval from the customer.
No confirmation or any communication from the customer for COD orders: Once any customer places an order through COD payment mode, the customer will get a confirmation call from our end, if the customer rejects/fails to attend the confirmation call, then the order will be automatically canceled from our end without any prior information to the customer.
Note: once the order is canceled, the customer will get a cancellation E-mail stating the reason behind the cancellation from our end.
Area not serviceable: anwskincare.com will cancel the order if the customer’s shipping address is not serviceable by any of our courier partners.
Any other Reason: anwskincare.com shall cancel your order for any other reasons depending on the circumstances and thus reserves the right to discretion as and when said unforeseeable circumstance happens.
If a customer has refused or canceled two or more previous orders so the next order will be canceled automatically. It’s a compulsion to place one order in prepaid mode.
